Kelly Jacobs Speer

Vice President, Marketing & Public Relations

Kelly is responsible for all of VCAT's media relations activities. A 15-year veteran of VCAT, Kelly brings 25 years of high-level strategic public relations and media relations expertise to the company and its clients. Kelly's work over the years has included highly successful efforts for the Barona Band of Mission Indians, the Barona Resort and Casino, the prestigious Barona Creek Golf Club, the Barona Museum and a variety of charitable giving programs. Prior to her tenure with VCAT, Kelly led award-winning campaigns for McDonald's, the San Diego Padres and Sparkletts.
