Don is the founder and Chairman of the Board of VCAT. Don has more than 35 years of gaming experience advising and directing gaming management, technology and casino development in the largest gaming operations in the world. Don's vision and willingness to take big risks for big rewards brought him to the attention of the Barona Band of Mission Indians, with whom he has forged a relationship of almost 20 years. Don's extraordinary accomplishments with the Barona Resort and Casino have made him one of the leading recognized experts in Indian gaming, and have earned him numerous awards, including the prestigious Grogan Casino Report's "Excellence in Leadership Award for Indian Gaming."
